At MediaScience, our goal is to test and learn from the rapid changes currently being made in the media industry. By utilizing the latest-and-greatest in research technology and media devices, we are able to accurately analyze trends in media behavior.
Our volunteer panel, known as The Media Panel, is the most important part of the research process for each study. Our results are only as good as our participants, and Austin locals have proven to be incredible volunteers! Because of the eagerness of our panel members, each research study provides us with new opportunities to explore new territory in media and research methodology.

9:00am - 8:00pm 7 days per week
What to expect:
Each time we run a new study in our lab, we select volunteers from our panel database according to things such as demographic criteria – such as gender - and offer an incentive for attending a study session. The incentive is typically in the form of an American Express Gift Card amounting approximately $20 per hour of participation. After we contact you about an available study, you will be able to select an available appointment time that works with your schedule.
Occasionally we also send out short online surveys to the volunteer panel that you can complete online. For every 5 online surveys completed, you will receive 2 free movie tickets by mail.You can also earn 2 free movie tickets by referring 3 of your friends to join The Media Panel.
Terms and Conditions:
The Media Panel reserves the right to remove any member from the panel for any reason.
The Media Panel reserves the right to disqualify any panel member from the rewards programs including online surveys and friend referrals for reasons related to dishonesty, exploitation, and the interference of research study completion.
